We are happy to introduce the latest addition to the chamber, Marcus G Johansson, who is joining as an individual member.
Marcus is a senior Investment Banking and Exchange Technology specialist. He is based in Singapore since 2009 and in Asia since 2004. Marcus has held a number of roles within Technology at various financial institutions in key financial centres across Asia, including Nasdaq Dubai, Nasdaq Asia Pacific, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Singapore Exchange, ICAP and presently JPMorgan Chase & Co. Previously based in Stockholm, London, Dubai, and Hong Kong.
Marcus has long experience in managing technology for cash equites markets,
derivatives trading and clearing, and surveillance. With responsibilities in areas
such as development, architecture, test management, business analysis, technical operations, account management and customer support.
In his current position at JPMorgan Chase & Co, within the Corporate Investment Bank has the responsibility for enterprise architecture and solution design in Taiwan. He closely follows developments in financial regulations and its impact to technology infrastructure and operations.
Marcus regularly visits Taiwan for business and personal reasons, mostly Taipei and
Tainan. He also enjoys sailing and golfing in his free time.
