You are hereby invited to the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which takes place on September 15th at Grand Hyatt Taipei.
The AGM is the highest representative organ of the Chamber and this is where we elect board members, review financials, oversee and discuss direction of the Chambers’ activities.
Voting rights are vested in the Chamber Representative of each member company – one vote per company and one vote per individual membership. If you as a Chamber Representative is unable to participate in the AGM, we ask you to send a delegate or sign a proxy document and appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf.
We are voting for the new Board of Directors and Supervisors who will be overseeing the mission and the growth of the Chamber for the next two years so we need all members to be represented in the meeting or via a Proxy document.
