Director Ling came to Stockholm in March 2012.
Prior to his posting in Stockholm, Mr. Ling was Director General of technology, Investment Service at Ministry of Economic Affairs. Between 2003 and 2008 Mr. Ling was in Houston at Taipei Representative Office as Director of Commercial Affairs. Mr. Ling has also served in Toronto, Jeddah and Saudi Arabia.
