We would like to send a big thank you to our wonderful intern Louise Lau, who has just wrapped up her one-year internship with SwedCham Taipei as Project Coordinator. Louise joined us in June 2024 as a scholar supported by the Swedish Youth Abroad Foundation—and what an incredible year it’s been!
From day one, Louise brought energy, creativity, and a genuine enthusiasm that lit up the office. She played a key role in building up our Young Professionals community and helped bring people together through events big and small—from the festive Crayfish Party and cosy baking workshops to exchange student dinners and professional networking events.
Behind the scenes, Louise was also a huge support with admin tasks and event planning, always ready to lend a hand and make things happen. Her warm personality and positive attitude made her a joy to work with—and a true team player.
Louise, thank you for all your hard work, your ideas, and your kind spirit. You’ve made a real mark here, and we’ll miss you dearly. Wishing you all the best in your next chapter—you’ll always have a home here at SwedCham Taipei!
